Delicious cake, good coffee and friendly staff, plus a great atmosphere outside with a view of the castle.

Service totally overwhelmed we waited over 1.5 hours for food. Only the drink will be delivered.

Was there at lunchtime today, service very nice. Unfortunately, you only notice that this is a tourist bar. Breaded schnitzel with french fries and salad eaten for € 16.80. Schnitzel not exactly big and thin, breading was thicker than the meat.

Location very nice. Service good but overworked. Kitchen bad. What is sold there as a cheese spaetzle is anything but that. Extremely long waiting time. You can have coffee and other drinks there.

Quite cozy, delicious mulled wine and cake but tables are more for large groups than couples. Outside you can sit well in the sun if available.

Nice café right at the entrance to the Residenzschloss. Appealingly furnished, and also with plenty of space to sit outside. We enjoyed good coffee and cake, and were served quickly and friendly. Outside, unfortunately, it is not particularly quiet, because the main road is not far away, but you can enjoy the view of the magnificent Schlossfasade - and after the highly recommendable castle tour rest a bit ?

Cozy outdoor area in the castle courtyard. Various cakes. Friendly waitresses. Also suitable for people with rollator, wheelchair etc.

The cocoa lasted 10 minutes. The apple strudel over 25 and that only on request.

We had Gulaschsuppe and Tomattensuppe here. We found the soups had a bit too much Vegeta so it tasted as such. The Gulaschsuppe was very brown, more than I had seen before.

A visit to Ludwigsburg is always worthwhile and is especially attractive at the time of the pumpkin exhibition
